The Rapport mobile app for your clients has a new name and is now available in the Android Google Play Store and the iOS App store. The new app is titled MyPetsWellness and replaces Pet2Vet.
The MyPetsWellness app still has all of the same functionality as the old app, and any users who previously installed the Pet2Vet app should automatically be updated to the new version. Login credentials used with Pet2Vet should continue to work with the MyPetsWellness app.
To avoid any confusion, please be sure to update your practice website, social media feeds, and any other client communication pieces with the new MyPetsWellness app name. You’ll notice that your Rapport Media Center email content has been updated to replace the Pet2Vet announcement with a MyPetsWellness announcement.
