Oshkosh, WI (August 3, 2011) - ImproMed, LLC, a Butler Schein Company and a leading developer of veterinary practice management software, announces the addition of the ImproMed 260 Card Printer to its line of hardware products.
The new card printer will allow Infinity users the ability to design plastic ID cards to identify individual patients, and bring up their accounts and medical records by simply scanning a barcode. These ID cards will not only expedite patient check-in time, but also serve as a reminder to the client of where and when their pet should be taken for veterinary work; thus improving compliance rates and increasing revenues.
The ImproMed 260 Card Printer boasts innovations such as Energy Star certification, TrueMatch Printing technology for a crisp high-definition image every time, and TruePick card feeding to ensure years of reliable performance with minimal jamming.
“For years, ImproMed has been committed to providing our customers with the reliable and state-of-the-art equipment. Adding this new printer to our offerings is an important next step in technology, quality and service from ImproMed,” said Scott Koch, ImproMed’s Director of Hardware Production.
