Ms. Grosskopf, previously a Customer Support Technician, will now be a part of the ImproMed Documentation Team. Her new responsibilities include creating and maintaining technical materials such as configuration guides, help text, training material and other documentation for ImproMed products.
In addition, she will be assisting in the administration and maintenance of ImproMed’s SharePoint site, as well as working closely with the Director of Business Development to shape future documentation offerings.
