Oshkosh, WI (February 24, 2010) – ImproMed, Inc. is pleased to announce that with its recent acquisitions, it has made some position enhancements inside its support department to accommodate its business growth.   
5 ImproMed Customer Support Department personnel have had role changes including Scott Wettstein and Diane Hannemann who were both promoted to Assistant Directors of Technical Services, Robert Tecca who was promoted to Rapid Support Leader, Laurie Sokel became the CSC Call Coordinator, and Rory Karle is now the Integration Team Leader.
All these promotions come with not only title changes but an increased responsibility in their day-to-day roles.
