Oshkosh, WI (June 3, 2008) – ImproMed, Inc. is pleased to announce it has increased its support coverage hours. The new support hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST and 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST on Saturdays.
“We hope offering these extended hours will prove to be an additional and valuable resource to our customers with unique support needs,” said ImproMed’s Director of Technical Support, Gary Bench. “And we will continue to provide them with the best phone, e-mail and Live Chat support possible.”
The change in hours becomes effective June 21st and will provide extended access to support for all of ImproMed’s customers.
