Oshkosh, WI (January 10, 2013) - ImproMed, LLC, a subsidiary of Butler Schein Animal Health, today announced it will host four continuing education webinar series in 2013. These latest additions to the ImproMed Webinar lineup will each be in four-parts, featuring prominent veterinary consulting industry expert hosts as well as and the added benefit of RACE CE Credit awarded to attendees.
These four upcoming webinar series will run end-to-end from mid-February through late May, 2013. Hosts will include veterinary consultants such as Amanda L. Donnelly, DVM, MBA; Peter Weinstein, DVM, MBA; Chery F. Kendrick, DVM, MPVM, MLT, ASCP, CF;, and Katherine Dobbs, RVT, CVPM, PHR, and cover topics ranging from client communication to performance management.
Dr. Donnelly’s presentation will run consecutive Tuesdays starting February 12th through February 28th and is titled, “Client Communications in the Veterinary Practice.” Dr. Donnelly is the owner of ALD Veterinary Consulting.
Dr. Peter Weinstein of Veterinary Success Services will present “Marketing Tips on How to Acquire and Retain Clients” on Thursday, April 4th through April 25th. His presentations will begin with an overview of marketing and highlight acquisition, referral, and retention marketing.
Dr. Kendrick of Kendrick Technical Services will present “Community Involvement: How to Give Back Without Giving In.” Dr. Kendrick’s webinar will run Wednesday, March 6th through March 27th and will share insight into the world of community involvement, including assessing a community’s needs and responsible participation within the community.
Ms. Dobbs’s series on “Performance Management in the Veterinary Practice” will run Wednesday, May 1stthrough May 22nd. Ms. Dobbs will focus on employee motivation, training and discipline, as well as goal setting within the practice.
