Oshkosh, WI (August 21, 2009) – ImproMed, Inc. is excited to announce the creation of the ImproMed Data Security Solution (IDSS) for Infinity customers to implement into their disaster plan.
IDSS provides a data storage solution for Infinity customers in the event of the loss of critical client information that could be a result of a natural disaster or a workstation failure. The tool provides users with peace of mind knowing that ImproMed will monitor uploads and if they appear to be faulty, ImproMed will contact the client and remotely fix the problem.
The feature also offers a secure off-site backup protection of the data, automatic transfer from the customer’s database to a secure location at ImproMed, and access to their stored data for at least 12 months.
“Because this service is for the consumer, we have made it completely customizable. The user will opt for the plan that best suits their practice, including how much data they want to back up and store, and how often,” said the creator, ImproMed’s Director of Information Systems, Matthew Kempf. “We are really excited to launch this project to help aid our customers in the reduction of their risk of data loss.”
