Oshkosh, WI (November 13, 2012) - ImproMed, LLC, a subsidiary of Butler Schein Animal Health, today announced the release of Advantage+ v30.360 software package. The latest version of the software focuses on security, enhanced inventory management, and overall ease of use for practitioners.


Advantage+v30.360 contains an enhanced integration with Intelligent Inventory, the cloud-based service that provides inventory management assistance to practices.  Improvements include Intelligent Inventory version notifications upon sign in, the ability to view inventory changes by date, and the addition of inventory adjustment reports for every change in the practice’s inventory.


In addition, Advantage v30.360 will include noteworthy advancements in security features.  Security features have been added to Medical Records Lists and Templates, meaning the practice can now control which employees are able to alter records. Additionally, mobile import and export of data will be disabled if the workstation is in Mobile Mode, ensuring data is only transferred from mobile workstation to a practice desktop.  Advantage + v30.360 also allows the use of fingerprint scanners for security purposes.

Advantage+v30.360 has made great strides in the field of ease of use.  User Query Descriptions can be much longer than before, allowing more detailed descriptions for more accurate queries.   Advantage+ Help has also been rewritten to include step-by-step instructions and descriptions of all areas of the program.  Any topic can now be searched from the Index tab, and major topics easily found under a table of contents.
