Oshkosh, WI (February 28, 2008) – ImproMed, Inc. is pleased to announce it has added two new and exciting ways for their clients to contact their Customer Support Center.
 
With the release of Infinity v4.3, ImproMed, Inc. has added ‘Live Chat with Support’ and ‘Submit Support Request’ functions through Infinity’s Help Menu. ImproMed is the only veterinary software company to make these options available in this easy-to-use manner. 
 
‘Live Chat with Support’ gives Infinity users the ability to ask their support questions without having to take time out of their busy schedule to phone ImproMed. Every live chat will be logged so clients can view transcripts of their previous chat sessions – alleviating the need to jot down notes or worry about forgetting an important step in a multi-step process.
 
Live Chat with ImproMed’s Customer Support Department is available 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST Monday – Friday, and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CST on Saturdays.
 
The ‘Submit Support Request’ function allows customers to communicate with the ImproMed support department by sending their question directly into ImproMed’s rapid response support system.
