While some families head to the mall to buy the latest fall fashions, others wonder how they will fill their child’s school bag with classroom essentials.
Partnering with Roosevelt Elementary School in Oshkosh, WI, ImproMed, LLC, a division of Henry Schein, Inc., is donating Jansport brand backpacks including all the supplies the children need such as Crayola crayons, Elmer’s glue, #2 pencils, Washable Crayola Markers, Scissors, pencil cases, pencil sharpeners, rulers, etc.
“Roosevelt Elementary would like to thank ImproMed for their generosity and applaud their desire to give back to the community,” said Lexi Ballweg, school principal. “Partnerships like this set our students up for success and strengthen positive school-community connections in Oshkosh.”
“As a strong business member in Oshkosh, it was important for us to be able to give back to the community that has supported our business for over 30 years,” said Hallie Detjen, ImproMed’s General Manager.
The backpacks were delivered in time to the school during its Registration Open House on Thursday, August 14th.
