4-Part HR Series Announced
ImproMed, Inc. is pleased to announce it will be offering a 4-part Human Resources Webinar Series titled “Performance Management Series.”
 
Every Monday from October 5th, 2009 through October 26th, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. CT, registrants will be attending 1-hour sessions by Katherine Dobbs, RVT, CVPM, PHR from interFace Veterinary HR Systems, LLC.
 
Katherine, an accredited professional in the veterinary industry, will be focusing on “The Performance Management Cycle—How to Get Your Team to Do Their Job,” “The First Building Blocks—Mission, Policy Manual, and Job Descriptions,” “Taking it to the Next Level—Training People and Evaluating Performance,” and “Endings and Beginnings—Progressive Discipline, Effective Termination, and Recruiting New Hires.”
 
“I am thrilled to explore the categories of Human Resources including strategic management, workforce planning & employment, and risk management with the attendees,” said Katherine. “I will be showing how to utilize your company’s mission to the fullest, and how to weave this vision into the building blocks of human resources and specifically performance management.”
“I will also detail the necessary components of a good job description delving into the issue that job descriptions are so much more than a list of duties, the importance of coaching, counseling and feedback, performance evaluations, and the significance of documentation.”
 
Cost per attendee is $69.99 for non-ImproMed customers and $34.99 for Infinity Partners, and that cost includes the ability to earn 4 Continuing Education credits through the American Association of Veterinary State Boards.
