ImproMed Infinity makes it possible for a doctor to enter in medical records while a receptionist adds items to the invoice and a technician enters in a prescription. All of these are managed by the program to help prevent missed charges and to remove the unpleasant element of having to find who is working on a client or patient's record and getting them out of that record before your work can be finished. Infinity's Simultaneous Record Access (and Entry!) lets multiple users view, access, and enter information into the same account at the same time.
