The Medical Records module is used to create and maintain a medical history for each patient that is cared for by your practice. Medical records are created by adding "objects" to a patient's record. Diagnoses, notes, surgery images, and radiographs are all examples of objects that can be added to a patient's medical record.

What sets the Infinity Medical Records module apart is the ability to customize it to suit your needs. With minimal configuration, many important features of Infinity, including the invoicing screen, which can be made available from Medical records, reducing the amount of time spent clicking around and adding to the time you can spend with your patients – all the while improving their care and medical documentation.
