Besides being a personalized quote for procedures, Estimates also serve as an agreement between you and your clients. Because of this, Estimates in Infinity can be tailored to serve both roles.

Consent Forms allow you to create and utilize standard consent forms in the Estimates module. While designed to function with the Tablet PC and signature devices, Consent Forms can be utilized with a standard desktop PC as well.

Canned Estimates allow you to create a list of common estimates that can easily be added to patient estimates and other areas of Infinity - including invoices, treatment plans, and compliance lists.

Multi-Module Estimate Creation allows you to create estimates from the Boarding, Clinic Census, EasyTime, Medical Recorand Process Management modules, in addition to Patient Processing. This means that you can create an appointment for a brand-new puppy, and moments later provide your client with a list of services and possible costs for the forthcoming visit.

Multi-Estimate Creation allows you to create and save multiple estimates for the same patient. If a patient has two or more estimates stored, you may combine the estimates to create a single, active estimate.

The ability to transfer products from estimates to invoices, treatment plans, and compliance lists easily saves time.
