ImproMed® Buyback Protection Plan

Guaranteed rebate

The ImproMed Buyback Protection Plan allows you to purchase a guaranteed rebate for ImproMed to buyback the Workstation or Server that has been used in your veterinary practice. The rebate is then used towards the purchase of an upgrade unit in the future.

How the Buyback Program works:

Program Option 1: Return computer between 12 and 24 months from ship date: Receive 25% of the original purchase price to be used as credit towards purchasing another like computer with newer technology.

Program Option 2: Return computer between 24 and 36 months from ship date: Receive 17% of the original purchase price to be used as credit towards purchasing another like computer with newer technology.

Program Option 3: Return computer between 36 and 48 months from ship date: Receive 10% of the original purchase price to be used as credit towards purchasing another like computer with newer technology.

Return computer after 48 months from ship date: Receive original purchase price back of Buyback protection selling price.

*Purchase and use of Buyback Rebate for Workstations and Servers is contingent upon continued enrollment in Express Hardware Warranty coverage. Other charges (i.e. shipping, OS, etc.) may apply on newly purchased computer. 

**Original purchase price excludes cost of Monitor and / or Operating System.
