During a disaster, ImproMed knows first-hand the importance of keeping your critical documents and hardware safe. In 2008, ImproMed's main headquarters in Oshkosh, WI, suffered a devastating flood and without the proper knowledge of how to save our equipment, the outcome could have proved even more devastating for us.

The documents below give you an overview of how to protect your valuable pieces during such disasters; we encourage you share these with others in your practice, and to print them off and save for future reference. You never know when you might need it, although we hope you never have to.
