Conversion Process

Below are the steps to converting your veterinary hospital data to Infinity or Advantage+! This important process will prove to deliver the most accurate and complete conversion of your existing veterinary data for use with the Infinity software program.

1. Send in a backup of your current hospital data to ImproMed^®'s Conversion team for a Test Conversion.

2. Once the backup is received and the Test Conversion is completed:
1. Your clinic data is placed on ImproMed^®'s webInfinity.
1. Your webInfinity username and password will come from your Education Advisor.
2. Once you have looked over and approved the converted data, your final installation dates can be set through our education department.
3. A day prior to the final installation date, a new set of data will be retrieved, reconverted and ready for live production.

What is WebInfinity?

webInfinity is an Internet site where you can verify the correctness of your converted data and review how your clinic information will look in the Infinity program. Should your data not be 100% accurate, you can easily make changes to the way Infinity is configured prior to the educator arriving on-site. 

Additionally, you can use webInfinity to become familiar with the system before it is installed in your practice. Use webInfinity to practice invoicing, add appointments, and add clients and pets. Click Here to log on to webInfinity.
